Robert Schindler, Sales & Solutions

With over 40 years of experience in AV sales and engineering, Robert (aka Robeone) has done it all from managing Electric Lady Studios in NYC to collaborating with icons like Ronnie Spector and Johnny Nash. He’s also an active recording artist, THX-certified expert, and beloved figure in the local AV community. Progressive rock lover, dog foster parent, and member of the Bob Moog Foundation.

Martin Taylor, Lead Installer

Originally from Philadelphia, Martin has called Charlotte home for the past eight years. His AV journey began in the early 2000s with IT and surveillance systems before shifting into live music, where he spent 17 years touring with artists across genres, including the legendary Jackson brothers. Off the road, he honed his skills through installations, TV mountings, and designing full-scale home theaters. Martin brings that same passion for sound, lighting, and video into every project.

Carson McKee, Customer Care Specialist

Carson is a singer-songwriter and AV enthusiast from Charlotte with a diverse background in performing, audio engineering, and tech sales. Before joining our team, he spent two years at the Apple Store in New York City, honing his technical expertise and building a strong foundation in customer-focused technology solutions.

Today, Carson assists with installations and returns a few days later for a personal follow-up, making sure every customer feels confident using their new system. Outside of work, his creativity shines through music his YouTube performances have earned more than a million likes. With both technical know-how and a friendly, approachable style, Carson ensures your experience with Audio Video Charlotte is simple, enjoyable, and stress-free.
