I contacted David Stollmack on August 29, 2023 because I needed to have my system up and running again, for an event I was having on September 1, 2023. It was a rush job and David made it happen. One of his staff members, Michael, came to my house the day before the repairs to view my system and order all the parts that I needed. Then, Michael came back on August 31, 2023, and took all the time he needed, very patiently, to detect the problem, repaired same and got my system up and running again. I had contacted Audio Video Charlotte after I had tried, unsuccessfully, to resolve the issue with two other vendors. My system had had no audio for several months. Michael took his time not only to have my system working again but to explain the ins and outs of the system and the upgraded remote control and asked me to call whenever I needed help. I have not called because I have not needed help. I highly recommend Audio Video Charlotte without reservations. Thanks David and Michael for your time and attention to this project. - 10/06/2023
